I provide insight-oriented solution focused therapy. I individualize each therapeutic approach combining various theories and professional methodologies.

Effective therapeutic work begins when you and/or your teen or partner are ready to explore the areas of your life that would benefit from personal growth and change.

 

My role as the therapist

I am a caring change agent who helps identify areas for growth.  I work with you to gain the skills necessary to make those changes and then help motivate you to set them in motion. 

 

This therapeutic process is personally challenging.  It requires hard work by both the client and myself.  I play an active role in every therapy session and am motivated and prepared to support you through these growth moments.

With extensive knowledge of the resources available throughout Los Angeles County, I will identify appropriate referrals and work with you to access them.
